Once you have all your ingredients ready to go, simply follow these simple steps to create a mouthwatering meethi seviyan that everyone will love:

Step 1: How to roast seviyan or vermicelli in ghee
Once the ghee is heated up, add in seviyan and roast until golden brown. Keep flame low so as not to burn anything! Once done remove from heat then keep aside.

Step 2: Pour milk into a pot with sugar and heat it on the stove until it boils
Boil milk in a pan. Add the chopped nuts and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and allow it to dissolve. Now put in the condensed milk and cook on low flame till it mixes well with the milk.

Step 3: Add seviyan in the milk and cook until completely dry
To make delicious, sweet methi seviyan, begin by grating the khoya finely and adding it to a pan of milk. Heat over medium-low heat, until the mixture thickens slightly. Then, stir in the seviyan and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until no liquid remains. Once the seviyan is cooked through, add some freshly ground cardamom for added flavor and mix well. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired, and serve your methi seviyan hot or cold depending on your preference. Enjoy!
