Wake up earlier in the morning

Every one of us encounters difficulties, problems and obstacles that spoil one’s day. Do you want to make your days better and different from the one you are living now?

Yes, you can make your days enjoyable and wonderful by making little changes in your daily life.

Do something you love doing and wake up early in the morning

  • Before going to sleep, sit on your bed and tell yourself that you will leave your bed tomorrow 30 minutes earlier than usual.
  • Do some affirmation to make your mind accept the idea of waking up earlier.
  • Think about the benefits that you can have by waking up earlier and the things you will do in those extra 30 minutes.
  • Fix a time to get up earlier in the morning and set your alarm clock for the fixed time.
  • Get up soon with a smile on your face as your alarm clock rings.
  • Do not listen to your mind to stay some more time in bed, as it can persuade you to stay in the bed.
  • Wake up and leave your bed. Wash your face, change your clothes and start doing the things you love. The things can be taking a short walk, reading a book or meditating.

Ways to make your days enjoyable and wonderful

  1. Wake up earlier in the morning. This gives you extra time that you can use in enjoying the things you love doing. Prepare something you love, but do not do usually.
  2. Try hard to stay aware of what you are doing now. For instance, pay attention to your food and do not do other things while taking your meal.
  3. Keep smiling. Make it sure your smile is not artificial, but natural coming out from your inside.
  4. Smiling makes you and others feel good and be happier.
  5. Think about the best and do your best in every situation.
  6. Be tolerant and patient with others. This will make others kinder toward you.
  7. Greet everyone you come before. Greeting with a smile affects others positively.
  8. Be polite and nice to your family members, friends, colleagues, relatives, neighbours and other known persons you come across.
  9. Make your decision in a cool and calm way.
  10. Invite thoughts of feeling happiness, satisfaction and joy several times in a day.

The ways mentioned above are only suggestions. There might be more ways to make your life better and enjoyable. Whatever the ways you apply to enjoy your days should be positive and helpful to you and others without any disturbance or interruption.
