I think there would hardly be a person who wouldn’t want to stay young and healthy. It is as every one of us has a desire to live their life fullest. But most of you do nothing for staying young and healthy. I am here to support you to fulfill your desire of being healthy, fit, young and happy. Follow the mentioned tips and see significant changes in you:

  • Take balanced diet. Whether it is your breakfast, lunch, supper or dinner, it must have all the required nutritional elements – carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals.
  • Eat when you feel hunger. Yes, you should take your meal when you feel hunger.
  • Work out daily. If you find yourself unable to take exercise of high intensity, go for jogging or a walk in the morning or evening for at least 30 minutes.
  • Keep your weight in control. Yes, you should have a control on your body weight. When you see you are gaining weight, lose it. Gain weight when you feel you are too thin.

  • Stay away from illness. Whenever you fall ill, get treatment for it and get well soon through medication, exercise, diet and meditation.
  • Keep smiling. Whether it is good or bad time, you should be happy all the time. For being happy, you can watch funny and light programs on television.
  • Never be alone. Be in close to your family members, friends and other familiar persons.
  • Feel the love. Love to your spouse, family members and friends and you’ll get love. Through the exchange of love, you’ll feel good.
  • Do good things. Try not to hurt anyone and you’ll get good treats from others.
  • Take green tea. It helps you slow down your aging process and to have glow on your face.
  • As far as possible, stay away from processed food and sweetened & soft drinks.
  • Keep yourself away from alcohol and smoking.

  • Do yoga and meditation.
