Ingredients:
- 1 green chilli
- 40g tomato
- 40g onion
- 60g cucumber
- 60g pineapple
- 150g high protein soya chunks
- Rock salt to taste
- Half a teaspoon chaat masala
- Coriander to garnish
Method:
- Cut cucumber, pineapple and tomato into small pieces and mix them with soya chunks.
- Chop green chilli and onion and mix them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder, chaat masala and rock salt.
- Mix well and garnish with green coriander leaves.
- Serve chilled to your family members.
