Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon halved black olives
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cup watermelon
For Dressing
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Method:
- At first, chop the watermelon to make cubes. Keep the cubes aside.
- Now, chop mint leaves and olives.
- Take a deep bowl and mix the chopped mint leaves, watermelon cubes and olives in it.
- While mixing, prepare dressing using the dressing ingredients.
- Add the dressing to the deep bowl having the mixture of olives, mint leaves and watermelon cubes. Toss well.
- Garnish with feta cheese cubes, if you wish.
- Serve soon.
