Start reciting a sentence like I’ll do it and keep doing it until you overcome the situation. Your belief in a particular mantra or sentence works wonder and helps you come out from the worst situation.

3. Visualise the success

Start visualizing the success. Do it as soon as possible. This helps you prevent negativity in you. For example, you want to buy a luxury car. Start visualizing the car in a way that you can have it. And you are driving it. Your visualization encourages you to do all that you can do for buying a car.
