The New Year 2025 has arrived. You would have made your New Year resolutions for the year 2025 so that you can make the upcoming year more fruitful for you. 1. Help others

Several studies have suggested that helping others makes a person feel good and brings happiness to one’s life. In addition, happiness is good for your well-being. Apply this positive emotion to lead a more active life.

2. Include one cup of green tea in your daily life

Most of us take tea or coffee two to three times a day. You should replace your normal drink with a cup of green tea in order to stay young & healthy throughout the year. A cup of green tea is loaded with numerous health benefits, and taking green tea every day is worth it.

3. Take snacks before bedtime

There is a saying that having a glass of warm milk with a few nuts before bedtime keeps the blood sugar stable and ensures better sleep at night. You know this works for the people who have their dinner around 7 pm every day. So, get into this habit for your better health.

Make drinking more water your New Year’s Resolution for 2025. You know your body requires 1 litre of water for every 20 kg body weight. So, make sure you are taking adequate water. You should start your water intake as you leave your bed in the morning.

6. Stretch out in your office

9. Go to bed on time every night 

Make it a habit to sleep on time. Schedule your bedtime and be strict about it, even if you do not feel sleepy. Gradually going to bed on time will be your habit, and you will have a sound sleep at night.
