There is hardly a person who does not take tea. In most of houses, it is an essential beverage. You can bring a change in your taste of daily chai (tea) and it works wonder to your mood. It will refresh your mood and increases your immunity. On a regular use, you will have stronger immunity and you cannot have frequent cough & cold and headache.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 and half cup water
- 2 teaspoons tea leaves
- 3 spoon sugar
- Half inch ginger crushed
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 4-5 tulsi leaves
- 1 pod of cardamom
Method
- Boil water in a tea pan
- Add tulsi leaves, tea leaves and sugar
- Keep boiling
- Now you can add milk, crushed cardamom and mint leaves
- Continue boiling for some time
- Pour it into tea-mugs
- Serve it in cups with snacks
