Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 80 gm butter
- 160 gm honey
- 600 gm chicken
Method:
- At first, use running tap water to wash the chicken and cut it into pieces after placing on the chopping board. Keep the flame medium and place a frying pan over it. Heat the virgin olive oil in the pan. Add the pieces of the chicken to the frying pan and fry the same for four to five minutes. Keep the fried chicken pieces aside after transferring into a roasting pan.
- Add honey and butter to a saucepan after placing it over the medium flame. Turn off the flame as the butter melts. Add salt and lemon juice in the saucepan and mix well.
- Now, place the roasting pan into the oven and darn the fried chicken with honey-butter mixture. Cook the chicken at 325 degree Fahrenheit for forty-five minutes. Darn the chicken thoroughly at certain intervals. Serve hot.
