Ingredients
-> 300 gm – Wheat flour
-> 250 gm – Ghee
-> 150 Khoya
-> 1/2 tsp – Cardamom seeds (crushed)
-> 2 tbsp – Milk
-> 250 gm – powdered Sugar
-> 4 tbsp – assorted dry fruit (like almonds, pista)
-> For garnishing crushed coconut and dry fruits.
How to Make Aate Ki Pinni
-> Take ghee in a Heavy Bottom Pan
-> Add Atta or wheat flour in this pan
-> Stir for 3-4 minutes or until it turns light brown.
-> Transfer it to another plate and keep aside.
-> Take another kadai or pan,put dry khoya and sugar.Roast it until it becomes light brown.
-> Remove the pan from heat and add fried flour.
-> Next add dry fruits.
-> Mix all the ingredients well and leave it aside for cooling.
-> After cooling you can start to make balls. If you find it difficult to make balls then add milk.
-> Now its a time to decorate with chopped nuts and crushed coconet.
