If you are unable to work out of high intensity for a longer session, start taking exercises at least for a 10-minute session and see the significant effect on your mental health. You can meditate on being well mentally.

2. Have a real connection

Know that happiness is love. You can say healthier relationships keep us happier and healthier. Just find out 2-4 persons whom you think to be close would be enough for you to escape yourself from a psychological disorder. The persons can be with your family or friends. Have a good relationship with them and spend the time with them.

3. Keep learning

I hope you would know that physical activity, real connection and mindfulness are the three pillars of having an increased sense of mental well-being. Keep learning throughout your life in order to be well-being. Apart from formal education, learn how to play a musical instrument, learn a new language and know how to do a painting. The list is unlimited. You just need to take one and start learning it when the first one ends.

4. Reflect

In order to have an increased sense of mental well-being, you need to be conscious about your surroundings and to have forging bonds. Curiosity and mindfulness are the keys to keep maintaining this state. Be always in tune with your inner self. Pay enough attention to what you are sensing and feeling that lead you to have comprehension about yourself. Just reflect on yourself.

5. Keep giving

According to the law of attraction, what you attract back towards you are the energies you place into the universe. It means when we become kind and show sympathy & gratitude to others it comes back to us. You know helping other individuals is satisfying itself and the feeling to do something for someone without taking any reward is the special one. It doesn’t mean that you need to sacrifice yourself to reap the benefits. You just need to buy a meal for the one who is hungry or really needs a meal. This act will make you feel something special.
