1. Do a rose petal scrub

Take one cup coconut oil, half of a cup of brown sugar, one tablespoon of sweet almond oil, and petals of one red/pink rose to make a rose petal scrub. Mix rose petals with coconut oil in the jar. Now, add almond oil and sugar. Mix them well. Apply the mix to your entire body.

2. Have a milk bath

To prepare bath milk – take half of a cup Epsom salts, half of a cup powdered milk, half of a cup flower petals, and a cup oil of your choice. Mix all the ingredients well. You can mix flower petals if you want to have a floral bath milk.

3. Have a bubble bath

Take 2/3 cup liquid vegetable glycerine, a cup clear liquid, 3-4 drops of essential oil of your choice, and 1/4 cup water to make a bubble bath. Mix glycerine, the liquid soap, essential oil, and water together in a measuring cup. Pour the mix into a Mason jar or decorative bottle. Use the mix while having a bath to lower your stress level.

4. Detox with bath salts

Being detoxifier in nature, Epsom salt bath soak is capable to alleviate stress. For preparing this bath – take 2 cups sea salt, 3 cups Epsom salt, half of a cup baking soda, and two tablespoons essential oil. Take a large bowl and mix the salts in it. Sprinkle the oil over the mix. Use a fork to mix them well. Now, add baking soda and mix well.

5. Kill the stress with a bath bomb

For making a bath bomb, take one cup citric acid, 2 cups baking soda, half of a cup corn starch, 1/3 teaspoons of olive oil, and half of a teaspoon. Mix all the dried ingredients and add oils. Sprinkle water on the mixture to make the mixture come together. Damp the mixture after mixing well, pack into moulds, pop them out and let them rest to dry out. Rub the bomb your body to alleviate the body tension.
